Refund Policy
This page explains the refund terms for digital product purchases in DriverGas.
General Principle
DriverGas products are digital. Once payment is successful and the digital product has been delivered to the user's account, the transaction generally cannot be canceled.
A Refund May Be Considered If
- Payment was successful, but the digital product was not delivered to the account.
- A duplicate payment was made for the same order.
- A system error occurred and can be verified by the DriverGas team.
A Refund Does Not Apply If
- The digital product has already been used or claimed.
- The user selected the wrong product, account, or amount.
- The account violated the Terms of Service or misused the system.
How to Request a Refund
Email cs.drivergas@gmail.com with your account email, order ID, payment amount, payment time, and proof of transaction. Our team will review the request before making a refund decision.
